| Shekhawati Poly-Yarn Limited was originally incorporated on November 5, 1990 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of Maharashtra and a Certificate of Incorporation was obtained from the Additional Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai having a Certificate No. 11-58818/1990. The Company was taken over by Mr. Mukesh Ruia and Mr. Ramniranjan Ruia in 1993. The Company commenced manufacturing activities under the stewardship of Mr. Mukesh Ruia and Mr. Ramniranjan Ruia. The company has been in the Polyester Industry for more than a decade and since incorporation has been engaged solely into the manufacture of Polyester Texturised Yarn (PTY), which is used in the process of weaving of fabric used for suiting, shirting, dress materials, saris, hosiery, knitted fabric, zipper fastener, curtain & industrial cloth as also to manufacture fancy yarn for high value dress materials and upholstery. |
| Later, it was converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a Special Resolution at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 27th Feb, 2010 and Fresh Certificate of Incorporation for the same was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on 19th April, 2010. |

The company has successfully implemented the various expansion projects with in-house expertise by setting up of Unit-1 and installing 2 Texturising & 5 TFO machines. Further the Company has set up Unit-2 by installing 8 Texturising machines. The company has also set up Unit-3 by installation of 30 Texturising machines, 55 Twisting Machines, 50 Knitting Machines till March -2013 and construction of building of 165000/- sq. ft.
The company has started the manufacturing of Texturised Yarn with 1 Texturising machines in the year 1995-96 which has been enhance to by installing 38 additional Texturising machines over a period of time.
Our Company is a professionally managed organization, which functions under the Board of directors and Qualified Professionals.
The promoters are well-experienced, dynamic and matured industrialist and are running the company on profitable lines right from beginning. |

| The Company has over the past few years, has been devoting resources increasingly towards Unit-1. But, due to low production capacity of the said unit the Company is not able to generate adequate profit as compared to resources allocated to said unit. So the Company has obtained approval from shareholders for selling of Unit-1 through postal ballot dated 18th April 2011. |
The Company is implementing further expansion of 30 texturising, 50 twisting and 100 knitting machines at the existing site of factory Unit No. 3. The company has completed financial closer for this expansion. |
